Contracting requirements to become an (authorized external agent) with the Golden Holidays Company for Umrah and Visitor Services
The company must have a legal status and entity known in the country from which the contract is to be concluded.
The external agent must have the necessary licenses to practice tourism and travel activity or organize Umrah and Hajj trips, issued by the relevant authority in the agent’s country, as shown below.
A valid commercial register (describing the activity).
A permit to practice tourism activity or a permit from the Ministry of Endowments or any competent authority in your country (external agent).
A copy of the passport of the agency owner, the general manager, or anyone authorized to sign contracts.
Your data as an external agent (address / telephone / fax / email / mobile phone)
The company must have an ITA international travel permit and the membership must be valid during the contract year.
Signing an Umrah services contract with Leen Company. The contracts are in four copies, which are sent to the agent after fulfilling the aforementioned conditions.
Submitting a letter of guarantee (issued by the bank) in the name of Golden Holidays for the services of pilgrims and visitors in the amount of (200,000 riyals) only two hundred thousand Saudi riyals as a minimum in order to guarantee good performance and adherence to the instructions of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
All foreign tourist agent papers must be authenticated by the competent authorities in the agent’s country. If the documents are in a language other than Arabic, they must be translated from an accredited translation office in addition to having them authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the tourist agent’s country and after that by the Saudi embassy in the agent’s country.
Deliver all of the above papers after their authentication and the SWIFT letter of bank guarantee to Golden Holidays Company through one of the shipping companies that provides document shipping service in your country.
Golden Holidays Company reviews the banks to which the soft letters are sent by the external agent to issue the local letter of guarantee.
All documents sent and received from the (external agent) are authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the Kingdom, and then the transaction is submitted to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah after uploading it to the automated system for Umrah (Nsuk).
The Leen Contracts Company team follows up on the activation of the contract at the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and after obtaining approval and activating the agent from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, a copy is then delivered to the external agent and a copy to the Lean Contracts Company.
After completing all the above steps, you are now an authorized agent with the Golden Holidays Company for Umrah and Visitor Services.
